Sunscreen Blinds

A sunscreen is what you want where the view is the reason the window exists. The open weave rejects most solar heat and glare but keeps outward visibility, so a high-rise office keeps its skyline and its monitors stay readable. Openness factor is the whole decision: 1% for a screen-heavy trading floor, 10% where the view matters more than the glare.
